Do I receive a tracking number?
If you would like your order to be sent with a tracking number you can select this option at check out. Please see our shipping policy for prices. You will receive an email with your tracking number after your order has been dispatched and you can use this number to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website.
I haven’t received my order what do I do?
Please see our shipping policy for the suggested delivery time frames provided by Royal Mail. For overseas orders please also allow additional time for your order to be processed by customs. If your order has not arrived after the suggested times please contact us.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be packaged in a small corrugated envelope which will fit through a letterbox. We care about our planet, so all of our envelopes are fully paper, biodegradable, recyclable, & FSC accredited.
Can I exchange or return my items?
We are confident that you will love your new body jewellery, but if you would like to return or exchange your item please contact us within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your return and it has been checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that the refund or exchange has been processed.
I have received the wrong item or a faulty item.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive an incorrect or faulty item.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We also offer express checkout via PayPal, G Pay and Shop Pay.
How do I change or cancel my order.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We usually ship orders within 24 hours but if we haven’t shipped your order then we can change or amend it for you. If your order has already been shipped then you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.
I haven’t received an order confirmation has my order been processed?
When you place an order with us you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been placed and then another email to confirm that it has been shipped. If you have not received a confirmation email within an hour, please check your junk folder. If it hasn’t been received please contact us and we can tell you whether we have received your order.
Why are products sold individually rather than as pairs?
All our products are sold individually, unless otherwise stated. This is because not everybody stretches both ears (for example).

How do I remove and replace the ball in ball closure rings (BCRs)?
The ball of a BCR is designed to be tightly fitted, the tension of the ring is what holds it in place. We would always recommend using reverse pliers to remove and replace the balls, especially for larger gauge jewellery as it is a lot tougher. This will allow you to expand the ring just enough to remove the ball without damaging the jewellery.
Can I wear your jewellery in a new piercing?
Please follow the advice of your piercer for piercing care and healing times.
We would not recommend changing the initial piercing jewellery until your piercing is fully healed.
How do I stretch my piercings?

I have sensitive skin what material or metals can I use?
The items in our Essentials Collection are made from stainless steel (also known as surgical steel), this is because people rarely have allergies to this material. Organic materials such as wood, bone, horn and stone also rarely cause a skin reaction. If you are concerned about the possibility of an allergic reaction then we recommend having an allergy test.
Discount codes or vouchers.
How can I get a discount?
We will offer discounts from time to time. These may be sent via email, published on our website or posted on our social media pages. Discount codes can be applied at checkout.
Discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with other discounts.
Can I buy gift vouchers?
We don’t currently have gift vouchers available, however this is something we hope to offer in the future.
